Yinzi cai
Founder and ceo
Yinzi provides overall management, strategic planning and finance. Yinzi is an innovative thinker in designing state-of-the-art online banking platforms. She has hands-on experience in building new businesses through emerging marketing channels and technology.
As President & COO of NextCard, Yinzi was the key architect of the first instant online credit card approval and balance transfer systems (six issued US and EU patents). She was responsible for managing all line business functions and the overall P&L of a $2B credit card portfolio. Prior to NextCard, Yinzi served as Principal in the Finance Industry Group at American Management Systems (AMS)
Yinzi holds a BS degree in Physics from Fudan University and an MS in Statistics and Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University.

tachung (jeff) huang
VP of engineering
TaChung has 20+ years of experience in system architecture and platform development, and was the VP of System Development at NextCard. He designed and developed the first online credit card application and approval system, managed the database team to support 24/7 OLTP, and developed extensive data warehouse and operation data marts.
He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Chung Yuan University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University

Song leads software development and systems architecture. Song's technical experience includes roles as Principal Engineer at Synopsys, Inc., managing the PrimeTime architecture group, and as Senior Architect at Magma Design Automation, Inc., where he was awarded product of the year by Electronic Design Magazine.
Song holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University.
